What?
I just came back from jogging!!! Oh mi gosh. I sucked. Hahahas. I ran about 10 rounds. But not sure how much of a distance is that. But according to how i estimated, i bet it's only 800m or maybe 1.2km...
Sighhh... after sec 3 days... i seemed to have problem jogging... whenever after my joggings, i'd have difficulty breathing in beat with my heart, plus vision totally blurs out... and the feeling of nausea. I thought it's only temporary.. but didn't know this feeling would strike back..
hmmms, guess i'll ask the doctor about this problem the next visit.
also worked on my fitness as well.. hopefully i'd get my 6 packs back.. =D
bought GNC weight-gainer yesterday. I signed up for GNC membership as well for a discount in my product using my sister's name.(i'm underage)
Well, gonna try all sorts of method to gain weight. by any means necessary!
My goal is to be 60kg for this holidae. (taking 1 step at a tym)
BUT my ultimate goal is to be about 65-75kg.
(i feel 80kg is too big size, or perhaps i'm too used to being skinny)
Hopefully i'll archieve that weight by NS in 2.5 years tym... and see the fruits of my hardwork in cardio blossom and pays in NS.
I recalled a year ago i wanted so much to be a perfectionist. To get top in almost every station for PFT. (i was closed though, but sec 3 and 4 i managed to get top for one station)
He who stops at nothing to archieve his goals.
(Also recalled my times back in primary school. During NAPFA, i challenged jeslin to 1.6km. Hehs, i lost because i didn't know it was last lap. =P)
